How do I delete my account?

Open your profile in the app, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. This removes your profile, visits, photos, video, comments, and likes. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I make my account private?

Open Settings in the app and turn on Private account. Only followers you approve will see your visits.

How do I report content or block someone?

Use the menu on a visit, comment, or profile to report it or to block the user. You can also email us with a link or screenshot.

I forgot my password

Tap Forgot password on the login screen and we will email you a reset link.

Can I turn off notifications?

Yes. Open Settings in the app and switch notifications off. You can also do this in your phone's system settings.
